Return Policy

 The Material Center reserves the right to refuse return of any item(s) which have been shipped in good faith in accordance with the completed website order as placed by the Customer.   Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

 Defective or Incorrect items accompanied with description of the defect and original invoice will be accepted for return when returned to the Center within 30 days of original shipping date.

 Shortages - D7 Material Center must be notified within 3 days upon receipt of order.

 Back Orders - Please refer to the message on your order for any items not included in your shipment. 

 Returns for Refund or Credit – a restocking fee of 15% will be charged. 

Exchanges – will not be accepted except in cases of incorrect size of trousers/pants, shirts, blouses, hats, and/or shorts. Exchanges of this type will be on a one-time-only basis.
