Frequently Asked Questions 

•  Q: Does the Center ship other than by US Postal Service ?  A: YES,  The Center uses USPS and UPS for shipping. USPS shipments are Priority with Electronic Tracking except for small shipments which may be shipped USPS First Class.
•  Q: Can I FAX my order ?  A: YES, Fax to:  727-599-2392.  

•   Q: Can I use a order form ?   A: Yes, We will supply you a current order form upon request. 

•  Q: I can't LOGIN to place an order ?   A: New to this website ?  Enter ALL the Customer Info. and set your Username & Password - Your login from the OLD website will not work. 

• Q: I left a message on the Center's telephone when can I expect a reply ?  A: The telephone at the Center is only manned during the open hours ie: Mondays and Thursdays 1000 till 1600. Call 727-492-3679 for a quicker response.
